  • International shipping may be available on request (subject to additional charges and timelines).

  • Ready-made wigs: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made wigs / hair systems: Processing time is 7–21 business days, depending on customization requirements.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on the location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to terms and conditions.

5. Courier Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Sai Hair Wig will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In case of delayed delivery, we request customers to cooperate as we coordinate with courier partners.

  • Sai Hair Wig is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or situations beyond our control.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery agent and contact us immediately.

  • Share clear photos or videos within 24 hours for assistance.
